I designed this logo using a typeface I created for my Typeface Design class at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Code NL is a a not for profit advocating for programming education in Newfoundland and Labrador. They wanted a logo that was modern and minimal while drawing on the personality of coding culture and the digital era. They also wanted to use their logo as an avatar on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter, leading to the alternate version. You can find out mores about Code NL on their website.
