Application Design

The arrows at the top scroll through items at the same level. The reason they’re included at the top level is that I think it would be neat if there were different catalogues for different subjects, and the Graphic Design one was part of that larger collection. That’s also why I changed the title emphasis in the app. The home button has already been explained, but the heart button takes you to a list of things you’ve clicked the heart button on the item page for. This can be used for planning a shopping list or saving your favourites. The gear is for any settings or user information that may be required. Tips are dispersed throughout the categories, as they are in the print catalog.

Other Notes

I took every photo in the catalog. I used a light grey paper as the background
in order to keep the shape of my grid. I had the idea because I was using light
grey boxes as placeholders and really liked the aesthetic.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
